Pension Scheme

Hi all

My company has introduced a pension scheme where we will be automatically enrolled into pension scheme from 01/08/2013. In this scheme, employee has to make 3% contribution and employer will make 6% contribution in the pension scheme. Currently my employer is paying 3% and I am not paying anything into the pension scheme. I am on Tier 1 Visa and have an extension due in July.

My question is if I contribute 3% into the pension scheme and for some reason if I have to leave this country permanently, will I get my money back which I have paid extra in pension scheme? I don’t to contribute in the scheme if I will not be able to benefit from it in future.
