Applying to UK Study Visa From Country other than National

Hi,

Can somebody please help me out with this case:

I am living in italy on student visa.
I want to apply to UK study visa. I am a pakistani ofcourse.
Can i apply from italy? because at the website of UKBA i read that
i can't. Anyway by which i could apply from italy? thank you!
