visa documents returned: UKBA entered wrong expired date

hi i submitted tier 1 visa extension for my dependent on 12th of march 2013 and got documents today (16/4/2013) more than a month now , saying payment was declined by my bank.

i called my bank and been told ,UKBA attempted to take payment from my credit card on 14th march 2013 and payment was declined as entered wrong expiry date.

Now dependent fee has increased from £561 to £1545 ,UKBA is making money, although my payment was declined on 14th march they kept application so long.. and informed me to submit new application,

pl help me is there any way i can submit application with visa fee £561,someone told i can contact payment processing center...)i dont hv number)
