Tier 4 visa extension refused

Post by asajo » Tue Apr 16, 2013 9:11 pm

dear all,
I recently received my refusal letter from UKBA.
The payment didn't go through when they tried to charge my bank account for the application. I applied in December while my visa was going to expire by the end of December.
But nobody told me that the application can be sent back in January, saying the payment was not successful. I had to take it to the post office to pay through the post office service for extra charge. After waiting 3 month now the UKBA says, when I applied in January(nothing said about December) I had already lost my established presence in the UK therefore required to show £9000in my account not as I did $4600 for 28 days. Also they kept my passport and ordered me to leave the country ASAP.
I am lost and don't know what to do now. I went to the college to refund the money I paid but have been told that they will consider it in 45 days.
I can not go back home as a looser, without money. I left my family filling them with hopes and came to pursue my UK's famous quality education paying for just English courses £4700 and to LSBF courses $5650.
I am a genuine student while I was in the UK I passed over 15 exams including 3 exams ACCA, 9 exams in IT and English language tests but couldn't get my MBA which was my primary goal. I need help, please people send me your suggestions. I really appreciate it!

What is your concern?. Do you wish to study for an MBA? Have you tried other countries? Some of the best institutions in Germany and Italy now teach MBAs exclusively in English.

That gave me a hope.
But I don't know where to start from.

Thank you for the post.
Can you give me any suggestion, how to find reliable solicitors?
Thank you in advance!

MBA

Thank you for the post lukapoooka.
Yes I want to study MBA in Economics.
But many of them are too expensive!
It seems like many institutions are more focused on money making rather than offering a quality education.
