Spouse Visa in Self employment for less than a year

Hi,

Can you apply for UK spouse if you are working as a sole trader for the last 6 months? There are no Tax returns subitted due to being new self employment.

Please advise.

Short answer - no - the documents required mean that you have to have been trading for a full financial year.
