English Language Requierment

My friend got her Tier 1 (g) visa in 2010 and now her extension is due. As her degree is not from UK or any English speaking country, she had to pass an english language certificate called

''EDI Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International JETSET Level 6 (CEF C1)''

We just wanted to ask whether this certificate will still be fine and can fulfill the English Language Requirement for Tier 1 g extension or she has to obtain some other qualification

She does nt need it as she has previously proved it. That is expired now but she does not need again as on the application form there is option; I have previously proved it with my initial application" and even on the point based calculator".

So be free from tension...n enjoy urself.

Sorry esol does not expire (I think) but you dont need it for extension as you hv previously proved ur language requirements.
