ILR Absences

Post by salman83 » Wed Apr 17, 2013 1:49 pm

Hi,

I am going to apply ILR this month. I am planning to submit the following evidences for the absences: -

- Letter from employer for work related absences
- Letter from employer for paid annual leaves outside UK.

I have no unpaid leaves outside the UK.

Do I need to do get any other document.

Regards.

I did not have any total holidays no more than 30 days per year. This includes weekends and bank holidays.

So, I am assuming these docs are enough.

hello, I am reading the document/guidance you have linked to this forum, many thanks. Do you have the appendix S? I am confused like many people on the justification of days of absence and can't tell if I'm a Highly Skilled or not.

I came in under HSMP in 2007 but have been granted two extensions under Tier 1 (General).

Thanks.
