questions regarding filling out AN form

1.3 Enter the date you were given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK. If you are an
EEA or Swiss national or a family member of an EEA or Swiss national please ensure
that you read pages 8 - 10 of the Booklet AN .
i use to be a family member of an EEA national shall i put the date i was granted my PR !!
1.15 Indicate your marital/civil partnership status by ticking the appropriate box. You are for
our purposes married even if you are now legally separated.
i use to be married i divorced a year ago before i was granted PR, shall i tick divorced !!!
2.4 – 2.6 If you are a national of a member state of the EEA, or the family member of an
EEA national, and do not have indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom you
should complete these sections. Please refer to section 6 of the Booklet AN for further
guidance.
which section shall i fill out 2.4 or 2.5 !

If applying 1 year after PR issue date:
1. Yes
2. Divorced
3. No need to fill in 2.4-2.6

How many photo do I have 2 send them !! Is that 2 !! And do I need one of the referee to put his name date it and sign it on the back !! Thank you

Just follow the guide. There is no need to invent requirements that don't exist.
