spouse ILR

Post by ideanokia6500 » Thu Apr 18, 2013 4:12 pm

Hi gurus

Need help, plz advice

Myself ILR granted 06/02/13 (HSMP+TIER1)

SPOUSE ENTRY IN UK 26/01/11 (On TIER 1 dependent)
FLR (M) GRANTED 09/03/13

I have read in this forum that SPOUSE can go for AN after 3 years of continues stay.
AN can be applied only after ILR or spouse can apply direct from FLR (M)?

MIGHT BE A SILLY QUESTION
Thanks

Your spouse has to get ILR first.

Also 3 years rule will only apply if you are a BC at that time (otherwise 5 years rule will apply).
