Yes, it was the same case worker.
It is well worth a try to right to her. I could give you the contents of our letter should you need it. I am certain the result came due to the letter I sent 2 weeks back as the docs I sent to her were also enclosed within the pack that she returned. Although, the result wasn't in our favour but the letter to cw did stimulate the case forward. In our case, we had a history of problems but in yours that might not be the case and its stuck for no apparent reason.
