what a joke..!!it should have been approved in 4 weeks maximum,u should complain and very strongly..u should wait up to 6 month for a residence card not for the family permit,its an entry clearance visa so it shouldn't take more than 4 weeks,its like u are applying for a short stay visa of 90 days or even the long stay 6 month..just complain to the embassy and also to solvit and the eu commission.Ramcyy wrote:hiii
I am an AUSTRIAN passport holder and i married my indian boyfriend on 29 september 2012. we applied for EU family permit in october 2012. got the reference letter from UKBA on 18 october 2012. Its been 6 months and i havent received any update. on their website it say maximum time is 6 months but its 6 months already. can anyone help me with this. how long will it take more??
