Questions about appendix 2 form

I have a question regarding filling Appendix 2 form for spouse visa application.
At the moment I have two jobs one full time and other part time. I have these jobs over 12 months. I have a question about part 3 of appendix 2 form. I can understand I need to tick the following option in part 3 at page 05.

Income from salaried employment in UK

Above statement has further two categories

Category A and B. Please advise which category I need to tick to declare my both jobs.
