Tier 2 ICT applying for ILR

Post by vinodt1347 » Fri Apr 19, 2013 5:25 pm

Hi,

I have completed the 5 years in UK and have an ICT Tier 2 permit. I have 3 dependents. In order to reduce and spread the costs for the ILR I am thinking of initially applying just for myself with the in person appointment and then applying in post for my wife and kids.
Is this ok or is there an expectation that they should apply together. Any issues in this approach?

No Issue at all as long as you apply before their current leave expires. It is absolutely fine.
