Staff is very polite, helpful and good thing is everyone had smile on their faces all the times except one security officer
Appointment time: 14:00
went into the office at: 13:20
Security clearance done in less than 2 mins
Cashier asked very politely about how am I doing, how had my day been etc
Debit card payments was made at: 14:07
Case worker called me at: 14:17
(by the way I claimed point from two jobs and also self-employment)
Biomatrics done at 14:40
and finally at 15:17 case worker called me to the desk giving the big news that my visa has been extended and that I will receive my Biomatric card within a week
Case worker asked If I'd go for customer satisfaction survey, I was like, why not
She asked out of 5 how many stars would you give us for the service?
I replied 6 / 5 ... 1 for your smile and other 5 for the excellent service, she smiled again and said Good Bye !!!
in my opinion Belfast PEO is absolutely marvellous, I was reading their average handle time for T1 general single person 1 hour and 30 mins ... and for the family it's upto 2 hours
wish you all good luck whoever is apply for their visas
