Post October 2013 Language Requirements

Post by viki83 » Fri Apr 19, 2013 9:39 pm

I will be applying ILR next year with my dependant wife who has a Master's degree taught in English from Pakistan. We have both already passed LITUK test and I did my Masters from UK.

For her to satisfy English language B1 requirements, can she use NARIC English language assessment to avoid giving an English test like IELTS ?

According to NARIC page:

UK NARIC's English Language Assessment provides an assessment and a statement:
to confirm whether an individual's approved English language test meets the required level of English language proficiency (CEFR level C1)
to confirm whether your degree has been taught in English and meets the required level of English language proficiency (CEFR level C1).

Please if some senior member can advise me on this issue, it would be helpful for other people too.
