Extension after 3+2 Years.

I have got my first VISA Tier 1 Visa stamped on 10th Feb 2010. (3 Years)

Have got my first extension on 10th Feb 2013 till 10th Feb 2015 (2 Years)

I need to go for my 2nd Extension on 10th Feb 2015. (3+2 Years)

My Query is::

How long would I be granted Extension after my second extension?

Your help is appreciated please.

Hello msarwar,
From the information you provided above, you need to apply for your indefinite leave to remain, known as Settlement/Permanent Residence after completing 5years on Tier 1 General visa ( your 3 yrs + 2yrs = 5yrs)

I came to UK late for about 2 years. I came here in April 2012 after getting my first Visa Stamped on Feb 2010.

So, I would be needing further extension.

My Query is::

How long would I be granted second extension after expiry of my 3+2 Period?

It is 2 years as mentioned in guidance(However, this is not clear if it is applicable for first extension only or all extensions) . Probably, you will need third extension also, as you will be around two month short to complete 5 years.
