Timing for PR Confusion?

Post by chursy » Sat Apr 20, 2013 11:14 pm

Hi Guys

My wife entered in UK on a family permit in November 2012 and i have just applied for the resident card and received the COA on 18th April 2013. For PR when does the clock start? and when will my wife be eligible to apply for PR?

Thanks

Agree with the above, in general it would be the date of entry. If that's more than three months, the EU national needs to have been exercising treaty rights.
