How to apply for dependent on main ILR SET(O) application

My Husband as applied for SET(O) ILR 10 year on November 2012 and we are still waiting for the results.

Meantime My(Wife) visa HSMP is running out on May 2013 and I would like to get dependent on my Husband.

How do I apply for the dependent Visa on existing pending ILR main application?

Which form do I have to fill?
