MY QUESTIONS IS:-

WHEN WE APPLY TO TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR VISA FROM PSW ROUTE,DO WE NEED TO RUN THE BUSINESS OR DO WE NEED TO SHOW THEM THAT WE HAVE PLAN TO START A BUSINESS?

I WHAT BASIS WE CAN INVEST IN THIS COUNTRY UNLESS WE GET APPROVAL FOR VISA?PLEASE REPLY

Exactly! You answered yourself that on what basis you should invest money in this country if your visa hasn't been approved. So you have to show that you are an Entrepreneur and you're intending to open this business, you have a plan and you have funding for it. Hope it answers.

PSW have THREE options

1) Show £50,000 or more of access, ready to be invested
2) Show £50,000 or more already invested within past 12 months
3) Seeding firm's assistance for £50,000


Option 1 & 2:
- Business must be NQF level 4 or above
- Business must be setup or bought or investment made before application filing
- Contract needed

Option 3
- No NQF Level restriction
- Business must be made after getting visa


(Im not discussing £200,000 route at all)
