I have ILR appointment on 07 May 2013 based on 5 year tier2 category, please review my document preparation. I have planned to submit following documents.

1. Application SET O form (04/2013)
2. Employer Reference Letter
3. Original WP and all visa extension papers
4. Last 12 months Payslips
5. Last 12 months bank statements
6. Last 4 years P60's
7. HMRC Employer reference letter ( mentioning last 4 years history)
8. Life in UK pass certificates (for self and spouse)
9. Employer letter mentioning SOC code and pay. There is an issue; employer letter does not mention that my salary is above SOC code. In actual my salary is much above SOC Code.
10. Cohab documents. I have following documents

a. Council Tax Letter ( Last 5 years) ( On Joint names) + Plus a letter from council, me and my spouse living on same address from last 5 years
b. Voter Registration ( last 4 Years) ( on Joint names) Plus a letter from electoral authority, me and my spouse living on same address from last 5 years
c. Joint Bank Statements ( last 17 Months)
d. Letter from Bank stating joint account held from last 2 years
e. Water Bill on joint names from last 1 year
f. Gas Bill on joint names from last 1 year
g. CRB letter on spouse name 3 years back
h. NHS cards ( 5 year old)
i. NHS Letters from last 5 years in various months
j. Library Letters
k. School Letters
l. EHIC card

I have following issues in my application:

1. In employer letter it is not mentioned that my salary is more than SOC Code. I will carry actual SOC Code salary requirement document. I can demonstrate both and try to convince caseworker that my salary is above SOC Code. I have used SOC Code based on SOC 2010.

2. Employer is not ready to provide proper absence letter. However I have managed to get a generic letter mentioning my leave entitlement and there is no unpaid leave. To cover this issue I have collected salary slip for each leave month. In salary slip, it is mentioned that I have been paid for full month. There is no unpaid leave. I will also carry corresponding bank statement.

Kindly review my list of documents.

You need to include the Photographs for both as well. Which PEO you are going to?

Good Luck. Please read other's experiences from Solihull. Unlike Croydon, they ask for specific documents. So don't go to give all the documents in your list. My friend tried to give all the documents but the CW told her,to give only the documents asked for. But remember to take all the documents in your list. If any more help needed please post your questions.

On Employer's Letter, it has to be mentioned that you are needed in the future. Good you are taking Your SOC Code List. You could explain to the CW..
