I will be retaining my rights of residence very soon.i have being married for four years.got divorced last month and I have just document to prove my ex was working at the time of divorce , wat re my chances of getting PR.she is not willing to provide other documents.

You have to should she was a qualified person at the time of divorce.

To qualify for PR, you will need to show that she was a qualified person, all through the period of your marriage, and on temination of your mariage, you meet the requirements of Regulation 10(6). That the total of these two period amounts to 5 years of residence in accordance with the EEA regulations.

Hello everyone I am non EU family member married on 11 April 2013 we were both together for about year and half then she call police on me on false allegation so ive been issued police caution from that day onwards we didnt live together anymore so now its been 3 years we are living legally married but dont live together i dont even know her whereabouts I am planning to apply for a divorce , btw ive been issued residence card on 23 oct 2013 which will expire on oct 2018 , she acquired permanent residence as she was in UK since 2008 , and she was self employed after our marriage we been interviewed before i got my residence card by HO and we passed with no problems now i want to apply for divorce and get to ROR , can i travel outside while my divorcing is pending will i get difficulties coming back and for ROR i only have her accountant letter and copy of her passport and i think do i need to prove she was a qualified person as she already has permanent residence please advise much appreciated
