Letter of enquiry

Hi everyone

I applied for the ent visa, 50 K route after PSW on the 4/02/2013; received acknowledgement dated 06/02/13; biometric given around 25/02/13 and then received delay letter dated 15/03/13 which every one got.

On the 6/04/13 I got a letter dated 25/03/13 to send within 10 days proof of advertisement/trade body membership and a contract in my business name under paragraph 41-SD (c (iii and iv) of Appendix A of the immigration rules.

I sent all the related documents and have not heard anything since. Has anyone else got a similar letter and then received a response from UKBA?

my friend got a similiar enquiry to your. she got her approval letter about 2weeks after she sent the documents to the case worker.

so you should get yours very soon. remain optimistic

Hi I submitted a trade body membership in the initial application and a business contract in my name which I later got changed to my business name for this letter
