Am i Eligible to apply for a Dependent Visa?

Hi,
Just a quick question, I came to UK in 2010 (Dec) on (General) Student Visa:-

>Done my Masters in UK.
>Got PSW for 2 years.

>My Family is here from last 4 years so they are going to apply for Indefinite end of this year.
>My PSW is ending in Oct 2014

>I don't want to go for marriage r business visa, is there anything if i go back to my home country or staying in UK.

>I can Apply as a dependent r Human Right Based that my family is settled here in UK,
>So i stick to there visa ?

On what basis are your family due to apply for ILR at the end of next year? WHat is there immigration status?

My Dad is on (HSMP) so my family is his dependent, as i was over 18 didn't qualify for the dependent visa at that time.

No, you can't apply for either. You need to apply in your own right, unless there is some special compassionate circumstance for you to be considered under right to family life (of which, simply being financially dependents is not enough - you need to show much further deeper dependency, which, it doesn't sound like that exists if you applied for and qualified for visas in your own right).
