Tier 2 General Dependant Query

Hello All,
I am on Tier 2 General Dependant visa (valid till Dec 2015). My wife is on Tier 2 General visa (valid till Dec 2015).

My question is since my WIFE is the MAIN applicant in our case and if she goes back to India say for 6+ months for pregnancy (Assuming that her UK job is still valid and continuing) Will I be able to work in the UK legally during that period?

Please suggest.
