Post by sama1119 » Mon Apr 22, 2013 11:01 pm

7.11 How long have you lived in the UK ? yrs & months
Will the date start from the date of entry clearence stamped on passport or the actual date of entry in UK ?

I ENETRED 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS LATER SO MY STAY WOULD BE LESS THAN 4 YEARS 9 MONTHS AS I WILL BE APPLYING 28 DAYS BEFORE .

ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

What if one who is in UK even before they got Tier-1 General, like I was here on a student visa since 2004 and got tier-1 in 2008 within UK.

Just wondering do I need to mention my stay since 2004 or my stay since the time I got tier-1 General?

Any comment on this will be very helpful.

tanvirni, it will just consider Tier 1 and HSMP if you are applying under T1 and HSMP it will not consiuder your stay as Studnet or PSW .
