possibility of getting visa after entry refused at airport!

Post by raveet » Tue Apr 23, 2013 8:41 am

Hello. i came to brunel university in 2008 for MSC and i got PGcert from there in 2010 sep. than i got my student visa extension from uk in january 2011 which was valid till june 2012 for MBA. than i came to india in april 2011 discontinuing my studies after taking permission from college to continue my studies in the same year but from OCT 2011 intake. after i came back here in june my college ws removed from tier4 list and was closed. i tried to go back to uk on same visa in november 2011 but was refused entry at heathrow airport saying my college is closed and if i would have come back with in 3 months of my college closing date that is before SEP than they would have allowed me inside to change my college. than i was given an option of appealing from with in uk by the immigration offier but i choosed to come back and appeal from here. she also informed me that i can make a fresh application and come back again.... now i am thinking of going back again to swansea metropolitan university or middlesex university for masters in mechanical engineering will i face any difficulty in getting visa? please give advice and suggestions.

This should not affect a new application.
