Visa Switch Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi ,

I am a TIER 2 ICT Visa holder & my visa is expiring. I want to change my Visa to Tier 2 General Dependent. I am currently working for a company in UK. Can someone help me with inputs on what kind of certificates/documents are needed from my company & my husbands company. I am planning to change my Visa & come back & continue with my current company.

Thanks for Update Vinny. However since I am changing my Visa Type & continuing with same company do I need any letter from current company. Can you also let me know in case I require any documents in addition to below

(i) Full Passport Copy wife's passport

(i) Marriage Certificate

(i) Original Bank Statements (Current and savings account) 12 months
(ii) Original Pay Slips 12 months
(iii) Original Offer Letter
(iv) Original Letter confirming Gross Salary & Employment

7. Accommodation
(i) Original Tenancy Agreement
(ii) Original Letter from Landlord
(iii) Photos from Accommodation
(iv) Original Council Tax

8. English Language Requirement
Original Degree Certificate

Hi,

I am currently working in UK on long term TIER 2 ICT. Is it possible for me to change to TIER 2 General work visa while staying in the UK (if I am offered a job and a certificate of sponsorship in UK).

Appreciate if you could answer my query.
