Documents needed for Naturalisation

Please tell me what are the documents needed for Naturalisation application?

Here in the immigration board I read that council tax, tenancy agreement, etc.

But in the application, home office is not asking these documents and only Passports are required for last 5 years residence.

Please clarify.
