Hi,
I applied for ILR at Croydon on 25th March and was asked by CW to provide following:
1. Invoices covering a certain period
2. Evidences of contracts and details of clients as per invoices
3. Details of your Level of expertise in IT consultancy making reference as to the services you provide.
I have sent all the documents and croydon office received them on 28th March.
I need to attend my brother's wedding in may and have my tickets booked to India for the 17th May.That is the primary reason I applied through premium service for ILR.
I have been trying to contact them since then. The helpline states that until an application is outstanding for more than 6 months they will not have an update. I have sent them a fax and emailed them too regarding my situation.
Now I am contemplating to cancel my application as the ukba website states that it takes 20 days to receive the documents post cancellation. Please advise if I can collect my documents from Croydon office instead of they sending it by post so that I can postpone the cancellation or else I will have to do it now.
