Its really hell and frustrating of my over 2 yrs that I have been waiting for my ILR under 10 yrs route, finally I got it recently. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much happy nw.
Please read my case below as a quick summary.
1) April 2011 applied tier 1 extension- with some dodgy docs.
2) application was pending because of tht reason. Meanwhile finished my 10 yrs residence.
3) Applied variation under 10 yrs (ILR) in jan 2012
4) Application was pending pending pending.
5) worried abt dodgy docs, It could happen anything and anytime. Worried abt my family n myself here.
6) Blessed my baby in april 2012
7) iLR was pending pending...
july 2012 tier 1 ONLY refused saying under deception9) appealed it, then UKBA withdrawn from the decision saying tht, I applied variation under 10 yrs. But they gave decision on only tier 1.
10) bit relief
11) soon I got ILR refused saying tht I didnt finish 10 yrs here.
12) very happy because they didnt mention abt deception
13) Appealed it, On the day of the hearing again UKBA withdrawn the decision
saying they want to reconsider again their decision14) worried now because this time they will definitely refuse my ILR under deception.
15) in Feb 2013 received biometric invite.
16) submitted biometric in march, i still have no hope tht I will get my ILR after my biometric.
17) recently I got my ILR success.
YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HURRAAAY.
I even couldnt believe tht I got my ILR now.
Friends, Its been over 2 yrs since I applied. Over 1 and half yr I have been consulting each n every solicitor. everybody say tht because of dodgy docs, we can't win either appeal also. I was so much worried, frustrating. No job for yearly one year because I finished my contract.
Finally GOD helped me. I nw decided tht I wouldnt apply anytime with dodgy docs..It was really good example of HELL.
