How Long Appeal Process Takes- Tier 1 Dependant Visa Refuse

Hi All,

I would like to know how long the appeal process generally takes, my wife has been refused visa because she forgot to attach the marriage pics. Though on the refusal letter , it still says your appeal might be succesful without the need of hearing , I have heard mixed things from different consultants about how long the appeal process takes.

It might be quicker to re apply than to appeal.

hello guys,
I also appealed for my wife for similar reason.
Does anyone have a recent experience in appealing against a decision for tier 1 dependent visa ?
