YMS Tier 5 - ILR as unmarried partner

Help! So confused..

Currently I am on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa - tier 5 from New Zealand, which is finishing at the end of September.

I was wondering if I would be successful for ILR as an unmarried partner, I would have been living with my partner who is from the UK for nearly 2 years when my current visa ends ( 3 days short ) and also does it matter if I came to the UK on a Tier 5 Visa or did I need to come to the UK on a visa as an unmarried partner?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
