GUIDANCE NEEDED FOR TIER 1 ENT VISA - 200 K CATEGORY

Hi Everyone

I am looking forward to apply for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa under the 200k Category

I have a potential Investor who has looked at my business plan and is happy to invest the money in the business.

I am looking for some good and genuine guidance from this forum experts who can help me in the whole application process.

Also is it worth applying through a solicitor ??

I am applying from inside the UK and the funds are also all in a UK account!!!

The investor has all the funds in his company account and is also ready to give us 20K as a start before we start the Business.

GO AND STUDY YOUR POLICY GUIDANCE NOTE CAREFULLY AND GATHER/PREPARE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS AND READ ALL PREVIOUS POST ON THIS FORUM BEFORE YOU START ASKING FOR HELP. IT WILL DO YOU GREAT GOOD OR YOU CAN EASILY BE MISLED.
ALSO INQUIRE ABOUT THIRD PARTY FUNDING FROM THE UK I THINK MOST GUYS WERE REJECTED BECAUSE OF THIS ...I AM NOT SURE SO FIND OUT YOURSELF FROM PREVIOUS POSTS.

Can you please elaborate on the rejection of the 3rd party funding because of the funds being from UK. I was thinking UK funds will have a positive impact as it can be tracked easily and also all banks in UK are regulated by FSA.

I am on Tier 2 General at present!

you should read guidance in detail and if you do not understand specific thing then come back and post here. You will find most of answers in previous posts. Its up to you if you want to apply through solictor, if you do not feel confident after reading guidance policy.
