UK spouse visa Category B

Post by Owen694 » Wed Apr 24, 2013 6:51 pm

Hi All,

My Wife and i have been married and i have been working for 12 months in the UK as a citizen. I have irregular earnings of 17,500 a year + 20% bonuses.

I almost met category A few times but my pay isn’t static and sometimes i dip above and below the 1550 for that.

I have read Category B and i have 12 months in excess of 20,000 will i fit in and will Category B apply to us or have i misread the terms of Category B?

Can anyone offer any advice or does anyone understand how this works?

Thanks in advance :)

Yes, Category B as your gross meets the £18,600 minimum requirement.
