British citizenship

Post by snowpowder » Wed Apr 24, 2013 7:12 pm

Hi,
I have been living in England almost ten years and planning to apply for British citizenship. I have health problems and I am on treatment for my illnes.I am receiving DLA and EESA. I have Indefinite Leave To Remain.
My questions are;
Being unemloyed because of my illness and receiving benefits have negatif effect to my application?
What is the best answer to Section 3 Good Character Requirement Regarding my situations?
Thank you very much.

Kind Regards

There is no requirement to be in employment to naturalise as a BC. Just state unemployed. Ensure you meet the requirements including residency and having ILR for 12 months unless married/civil p to a bc.
