QUESTION REGARDING EARNINGS

Hi all,

Can someone please help me on the following questions.
I applied my tier 1 General extension on 05.04.2013 with one dependent.
Total earning required 65K plus.
Source of earnings:-

1. Salary £27,600 approximatly
2. Dividend £41,000 approximately

Period of earning claim is 01.03.2012 to 28.02.2013. I had some transctions activities happned in my account during March 2013 and one in April 2013, whereas the invoices of these transctions are before 28.02.2013. This earnings are included in my business accounts. However, the last amount of dividend I transferred was during Feb 2013. Am I eligible for these earnings. Upto date business statement (04.04.2013) attached with the case.

Documents submitted with the case.
1. Passports (main applicant + dependent)
2. Salary slips
3. Personal bank statements for last 12 months stating salaries + maintenance.
4. Business statement (show upto the last transction as shown in business accounts).
5. Dividend Vouchers
6. Personal Statements stating dividend
7. Company accounts with summary sheet of transctions stating date of invoices etc.
8. Accountant Letter.

Current visa expiry 12.05.2013

Payment deducted 19.04.2013. Boimatrics done on 23.04.2013.

Waiting for decision.
