I am waiting since more than 6 months - Not sure what is going on - Annoying - getting pissed off with UK BA processing time.

Main applicant (including dependent) Acknowledgement letter received on 01st November 2012
Main applicant Bio-metric Letter received and given on 7th November 2012
Dependent Bio-metric Letter received and given on 7th November 2012
Got New rule letter from UK BA on March-19-2013
main applicant and Dependent Approval letters: waiting


UK BA said that on March-19-2013 - they will contact all applicants with in four weeks which is not happened in my case. My money 200k is stagnated - Getting heavy losses as it is there in bank accounts since months.

When I call UK BA they are saying it is in process. They are saying , they do not have access to much info other than this.

It seems if funds are in UK people are getting visas in 6 months.

Same here , applied on 25 of October , bio done on 22 Nov , received letter from UKBA on 19 the of march , third party funds r abroad , switching from student to tier , still waiting.............................

The funds are still in place.

I think its their strategy to annoy immigrants so that they will not try to come in this country.

My Solictor says there is no point to involve MP bcoz they don,t listen to MP aswell, as it happend to his other clients, so he,s saying our last option is to consult with High Court, so i am thinking to involve High court next week as we r waiting from last 9 months. Just giving Shit services....

Funds 200k overseas in her account.

Received letter about changes, then nothing.

Written to MP many times but he can do nothing. When we finally got through on UKBAs stupidly expensive hotline they no help at all, just says a decision is being made.

Basically she is being kept prisoner in the UK, unable to travel back home. I'm sure this is a violation of her human rights somehow. So furious.
