Thanks for ur reply. Could any1 else confirm it aswell. Because my consultant says that I can switch from flr m to student visa.
Secondly can I apply for flr o ( my divorce case is in the court) I can't leave it like that and go home. My visa is expiring in two weeks?

At present, in your circumstances, you can't switch into anything within the immigration rules. You can apply for FLR (using FLO) but there is no basis for such an application to be approved; it has no merit. You will be refused and they will likely retain your passport until you show up at an airport with a valid ticket to leave. However, at least you won't be overstaying while you wait for the refusal.

On that specific category you cannot switch to tier 4 within the country. However, till your current visa expiry date + 28 days you can live legally.
