Dear All ,thanks for your time.my visa appointment is due in 1 week.
i am applying under spouse category for the first time.and i am the one who earns 18600 above and my wife is british citizen .we married 3 months ago in uk.i am from syria.


can you please help me answer these qustions asked on Flr m Forum .?

Section 5 on Flr m asking

(1) 5.5 have you ever been refused a visa for any country including the uk.?
(i was refused uk visa in country application under deception in my tier 1 entreprenuer ) should i answer yes or no?

(2) 5.6 have you ever been deported removed or otherwise required to leave any country,including the uk in past 5 years?
(after the deception charge 1.8 years ago they asked me to leave once my visa finish in June2013 ,surprisingly they did not curtail my leave) so what should i answer yes or no


(3) 5.8 Are you subject to an exclusion order from the uk?
(what doees this mean please?????

(4)6.23 what type of ceremony was your wedding civil partnership?
(we married in registarar office with group of family...what wil you call this what kind of ceremony was that please????

1. Yes, they may refuse you due to deception.
2. This is debatable as you were not asked to leave, you could answer no but include further information.
3. Has the ukba expressly told you not to come back to the UK?
4. Ordinary, civil wedding.

Thanks for your reply.
can i ask you why you think they will refuse my application,as in previous letter recieved from ukba said
you need to go home after 1.8 years when you visa finish due to deception.they did not curtail my leave,and future applications will be refused till 1 year ban.
however you can apply as a family and spouse and humanatrian .
