Document list for Tier 1 dependent visa - self employed

Hi,
I have to raise Tier 1 dependent visa for my wife. I was unemployed from 25th Dec 2012 till 10th March 2013. I have started working as self employed from 11th March 2013. I have enough fund in my account. Can anyone let me know what all documents I should send while applying for dependent visa?
