EEA 4 - then British citizenship? How much does it cost?

Post by ajentha82 » Fri Apr 26, 2013 2:36 pm

Hi all,

This might sound like a silly question; but is it expensive to get British passport for a non EEA (after getting PR for 5 years).

I tried to have a look on the website; however the ammounts showing on there are giving me a tiny heart attack...800 quid? please!

Looking forward to your responds!

£871 to be precise for naturalisation and another circa £81.50 for a British passport.

Deep breaths...

£72.50 for the passport, plus postage to be specific.

£81.50 is for post office check and send service, which is optional only.
