General Visitor Visa

Post by safeery2k » Fri Apr 26, 2013 2:51 pm

Hi,

My mum applied last year for visit visa but was refused due to mismatch in the income shown and tax paid by my father. She answered "NO" for the question "Do you have any friend/family in UK?" last year although I was living here.

Now this year I sponsored her and she has been refused again as she answered "Yes" for the same question. The reason case worker gave is there is a mismatch in both applications for the same question and that caused a doubt in his mind so refused it.

The question is now if we apply again for a new application, how can we ensure its not refused and how can we explain this situation that we made a mistake filling in the first application.

Thanks for your help
