Payslips or other payment remittance advices

Hi. I am on PSW visa and while filling the Tier 2 application form at the end, its asking about Payslips or other payment remittance advices. Is it necessary to provide pay slips?

If you are a new entrant to Tier 2, then you shouldn't need to enclose payslips. What you need is deviance to satisfy maintenance, SoC with required salary on and the job offer letter.
Don't take "NO" for an answer if it shouldn't be!!!
