Family Vistor Visa for UK.

Hi,

My father would like to apply for a Family visitor visa to see me. He currently resides in India. I am currently permanently settled in the UK.
The issue here is that there is a criminal case running against him in India to which the judgement is still pending. As the case is of false bribery & as per the Indian Law, there is no boundary for him to leave the country for short trips. He is currently working as a contractor with a government medical institute.

My question is what documents should he submit for making his application stronger?
