Confused about places

Hi,

A quick one really, but not easy as always.

I am on Tier 1 PSW, visa ending on Jan 2014. Employed but my employer won't go for Tier 2 for me

My wife, dependent on PSW visa [ we are married in UK] and she is working in UK too. Her employer is ready to sponsor her as soon as her dependent visa is going to expired. [Jan 2014]

As she is holding dependent of PSW, her employer needs a RMLT and Restricted CoS and she will need to apply from her home country, say country B.

I am from country 'I'. I want to apply as her dependent at the same time she applies for her Tier 2 General.

However I am not sure, if I can apply from her country, country ''B'' along with her or I have to apply from my country, country ''I'' after she gets her visa?

Really looking for some guidance, thanks very much guys and ladies.

You can only apply from your own country or a country where you have a residence permit (are not on a visitor immigration status). It's not possible to bundle your applications when made in separate countries so it would be better (and perhaps only possible) to apply after her application has been approved.

also, the Tier 2 process can be started any time, there is no need to wait for her visa to expire.

Only if her employer has the sponsorship system in place...
