Dependent after HND

I am living with wife in UK who are in Tier-4 visa and completion master degree, at the same time I complete HND under tier-4 visa as well. I would like to study further in university and wants to keep my wife as my dependent.

Is it possible to get dependent visa if I go to university and is switching permitted for her from tier-4 to dependent.

Need help URGENTLY please ...

With university yes its possible but dependent will need to apply outside the country.
