Spouse Ilr Application & UK citizen Child Benefits

Post by bluecloud » Sat Apr 27, 2013 11:45 am

Dear All,

I am applying for my Wife ILR visa who is currently on FLR (M). I am British & we got a British born British citizen son. I am claiming his child benefits which comes into our share account. I don’t claim any other benefits & pay high rate tax & NI through my monthly wages.
Would claiming my child benefit that comes into out share account make any bad affect on her application? We are intending to go PEO for applying her ILR??

Many thanks in advance for your time & answers.

Regards,

Amber
