In the 12/2012 version of the SET(O) application form there is a new question added, 7.12 - Please state what ties you have with the country where you were born.

I have only one brother and my mother lives there. Please explains how I can fill the form question. Thanks

Answer would be family and cultural ties.
Also, shouldn't you be using 04/13 form?
