Cohabitation proofs - is this enough?

Post by cars2fly » Sat Apr 27, 2013 4:40 pm

Hello,

For showing the co-habitation of my wife I have taken followings:
1. Joint bank statements for one month each from previous three years
2. NHS letters in wife's name indicating past three years
3. Energy bills for 6 month each from past three years in wife's name
4. Tv license in wife' s name from last three years

Am I ok with above proofs for co-habitation? I am on Tier 1 General and applying for ILR.

Thanks.

You have enough documents for your wife. However do ensure that where a document is only on your wife's name, you have one for yourself as well.

Cheers

Ahh, my mistake.

Energy bills mentioned is in my name.

Do you think I should have any more additional to show co-habitation?

Many thanks.

If you have electoral register letters , council tax letters covers both of your names. It's a solid proof of co-habitation.
