Company Registered more then three month

I registered my company in October 2012, because its more then three months before application. can i still use this company for my application. i will submitting my application in first week of the may 2013.

I have the same question as I registered my company in January, is it still valid or I need to register a new company??

It is fine as long as you obtain the new current appointment report from Companies House for £3 (call them and ask to send it to you via post).
You should be ok.
